IT'S FREE REAL ESTATE
RJ Thieneman, a real estate firm, is constructing a new multi-functioning living facility called Hurstbourne Commons. This modern, chic neighborhood needed a full branding suite and marketing materials.
LOGO RESEARCH
Before starting on logo ideas for Hurstbourne Commons, I did my research on typography and colors that the client liked and requested. They described their ideal logo as a nostalgic 80s theme mixed with modern, fresh design styles.
LOGO OPTIONS
After research and sketching, I narrowed my logos down to three options that were presented to the client. They ultimately chose Option 2 with the first color palette.
BRAND STANDARDS
Once the logo was finalized and exported in all the needed formats, they requested a simple one page brand standards document. This would help them secure and establish their new brand and have all materials match this style moving forward.
HIGHLIGHT VIDEO
The last step of their marketing plan was to produce an animated highlight video that could be shared across their social platforms.
